The Big Dig has begun

What used to be a patio has now been removed and it's time to dig out for the new addition, which includes new basement space. This new addition is 10' x the length of the existing house (40').  Digging down about 7' means there is just about 103cu Yards are dirt to remove. That's a lot of dirt.
